1. How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours and we’ll be happy to help.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! If you have a custom color, style, or length in mind, feel free to email us. We love creating personalized pieces whenever possible.
6. Are your materials hypoallergenic?
All pieces are made using non-tarnish, hypoallergenic materials unless otherwise noted. Each product listing includes details about the stones, metals, and components used.
7. How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:

Once handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
